La Dragonne

La Dragonne is a pretty and very cozy guest house, all in old stones in the center of the town of the medieval city of Bellême and opened in July 2020.

It presents an ideal location for a discovery stay in the region, in the "golden triangle" of the Perche, this charming region of Lower Normandy, with picturesque and hilly landscapes, just 2 hours from Paris.

You can spend a peaceful stay there, in a green and unspoilt landscape reminiscent of the typical French countryside, with its bocage landscapes, mansions and villages with multiple steeples.

It is also an ideal place for telecommuting thanks to its private Wi-Fi access which allows you to work in complete serenity.

Bellême is a very dynamic and unique village, on a human scale, which has managed to retain its soul, while opening up to the outside world. Many shops line its streets.

You also have a swimming pool open in summer, two tennis courts (one open, one closed), the famous Bellême golf course, a mini-golf course, an equestrian center, etc. The forest is also an inexhaustible source of walks, with its many hiking trails, on foot or by bike.

The house is fully equipped (equipped kitchen) for 4 people maximum, also with a cot.

If you don't have a car, we can pick you up from and to the nearby station of Nogent-le-Rotrou, respecting the current barrier gestures. A supplement of 10 € per trip is to be expected.

Access to the property is via a small street at the bottom of the garden, via the garage, via about twenty steps.

The barbecue is at your disposal, as well as the relaxation elements: sunbathing, table and chairs for your meals in the garden or on the terrace.

A 2nd part of the garden is reserved for me and my daughter, which can sometimes lead us to cross paths, because we access it by the common corridor of the outbuilding (blinds have been installed) and the 1st part of the garden which is yours. Reserve.

Small dogs under 15kg are welcome under certain conditions. Please contact us beforehand if possible to discuss this, as there is also a nice big dog on site (not having free access to the garden, however).

If you would like us to prepare breakfast for you, please let us know one day in advance. It will include homemade jams and local products (honey from Bellême, fresh bread and pastries, apple juice from Perche, fruit jam from the garden in season, etc.).

We can also book you a massage on site or all kinds of activities (flying over the Perche, parachute jumping, etc.)

A garage is available for your bicycles and motorcycles on request.

Arrivals and departures can be flexible depending on the booking schedule.

The house is composed as follows: on the ground floor, a living room with fitted kitchen area, toilets, a washing machine available (a dose of detergent is offered to you on request), upstairs, an attic bedroom ( 140 cm bed made, 140 cm convertible sofa bed, baby travel cot on request), bathroom with partially partitioned bath.

If you are coming as a couple, but would like to have the 2nd bed, please specify. A small supplement will be expected.

The advertised price includes final cleaning, sheets and towels, Wi-Fi, central heating.
